- AJVC 17 Asics: Finished higher than any other program from Austin, San Antonio and Houston.
We are extremely proud of our teams who competed in the “OPEN DIVISION” at the 37th AAU Girls’ Junior National Volleyball Championships.
Playing in the “OPEN DIVISION” gives our girls every
avenue possible to gain all necessary skills to make
that jump to college level volleyball. As a player,
you need to see what you're up against and what you
need to do to improve and make it to that higher
level.
Playing “DOWN” a club division does not give players the experience they need to succeed at the collegiate level. From an administrative standpoint, I can see where others would want to “play it safe “ so winning results would give the unknowing person the false impression of looking good. I could never imagine doing anything other than playing against the BEST. Playing at the highest level allows college scouts to view AJVC athletes against known talent.
We have just finished our third season and I couldn’t be more proud of our players, parents and our coaching staff. We opened our doors three years ago not having one single player in the program. The most exciting part has been watching this program grow from the ground up. And now, seeing our girls move on to the next challenge, college!!
If you want to be a part of a program where volleyball development is the corner stone, this is the place for you. All of our coaches played jr. club, high school and college level volleyball (two of our coaches played at the “Professional level”), and we want to pass our knowledge and experience on!
Please feel free to call. We are a wealth of knowledge and information when it comes to volleyball.
Thank you.
